Home Instead is family. ❤️ I am grateful for the exceptional care my dad is receiving from Cheryl, truly a hardworking, wonderful and compassionate caregiver. We interviewed many other companies. Patti went above and beyond from day one explaining things simply, sharing many resources and insights to help us navigate through the entire process. She is kind, authentic, and very passionate about her work. I am beyond blessed to know my dad is so well taken care of with Home Instead.

My experience with Home Instead Northampton has been nothing short of wonderful! The caregivers are kind and exceptional people. The office staff has been patient and accommodating to my needs. This is by far the best agency in the Lehigh Valley. Thank you for all that you have done for me. You are the best!

We have had Home Instead for our Dad's care for over 3 years now. In one word? Blessing!! Simply amazing how perfectly they have matched the right caregivers for the different levels of need for Dad over the years. The care they provide for him is unmatched. The office staff have been accommodating and respectful to him and our family as well. This has been a wonderful experience. I am so thankful! Thank you Home Instead! Simply the best!

We used Home Instead for helping my uncle who has Parkinson’s Disease. I can tell you the service he was given was unparalleled and honestly improved his condition and quality of life. I couldn’t recommended them enough. Thanks for your support of our family!

My mother has been a client for Home Instead Bethlehem day services for one year. Her caregiver assists with meal prep, showers, exercises, & companionship—which allows me time to run errands and other activities. Since mid-Oct, Home Instead has provided overnight care to allow me to get more sleep since my mother has been diagnosed with dementia. They are always on time, always positive attitude, and attentive and gentle with my mother. She’s always happy to see them. I have used the service for several years now and make recommendations to friends, frequently.
